Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@mail.glownaturenook.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return parcels must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns caused by damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preference, wrong item selection, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return handling fee may apply and will be clearly confirmed before the return is processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@mail.glownaturenook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so that we can review the case.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5-14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or accessories.
Items returned without approval from our customer service team.
Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Gift cards or other non-physical products, if applicable.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at contact@mail.glownaturenook.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.
